By simply putting a barrier to every bad thought and by restricting every evil thought or decision and you must be determined to restrict your thought and must have faith and must believe in yourself.

And the last question is how do I reset my priority? you have to simply change your goal either long term or short term, you must have the mind and courage to chase the right goal\priority.
